Virgin Coconut Oil

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is processed from coconut milk obtained from fresh coconut, processed by fermentation, stirring (centrifugal) cooling and the action of enzymes by separating oil from water.

MAKING PROCESS

We choose coconuts that are old and contain a lot of oil, our equipment is sterilized so that no bacteria can damage the fermentation process. From coconut milk to coconut oil we process it at room temperature. It's long enough, but the result is quality. Because in this way vco still has benefits as a nutritious drug and food. The biggest difference between ordinary coconut oil and virgin coconut oil lies in the extraction process. VCO is processed from coconut milk obtained from fresh coconut, processed by fermentation, stirring (centrifugal) cooling and the action of enzymes by separating oil from water. While coconut cooking oil is produced from coconut fruits which are dried by heating.
