The quality of a product includes many elements. Our products are certified organic EU, USDA, COR, NOP, and all that give confidence to our consumers that we are serious about maintaining quality. products that are environmentally friendly, safe for consumption, and have a health impact on our consumers. We produce organic coconut sugar in 3 types of products: crystal coconut sugar, liquid sugar, and molded sugar.

Tarditional Equipment

The work still uses traditional equipment such as a mixer and grinder using wood and coconut shells. We don’t use the whole machine. holding our fuel, we still use wood that we take from our land

Packaging

The use of packaging according to export standards ensures safety in transit, according to the size of the container, more practical, and easy to place.

Metal Detector

We were using a metal detector machine before the product was packaged. Our packaging uses thick, durable plastic to prevent the risk of damage in transit.

Rigorous selection for superior products prevents consumer rejection. We monitor this because our customers have high standards from color, softness, aroma, and taste, as well as stable dryness.

If the product does not meet specifications (water content >3%, color is not uniform), we will replace or refund without asking many questions.

But tradition alone isn’t enough. We brought a laboratory to the village. Every can of palm sap arriving at the cooking facility is tested:

Refractometer: To ensure a minimum Brix (sugar) content of 18%.

Organoleptic Test: Tasted directly by the QC team.

Cleanliness Test: Free from dirt, insects, or hair

Taste Consistency Guarantee

 Each batch is blind-tested by an in-house panel of experts. If any differences deviate from the standard, the batch will not be shipped.

Batch Code & Traceability

 Each package has a unique code that can be traced back to the name of the sugar tapper and the production date. Yes, we know exactly who produced the sugar in your kitchen.

Quality Transparency

6:00 AM : Fresh sap is collected in food-grade jerry cans (not used for oil or pesticides).
8:00 AM : pH and Brix test at the plantation post. Normal pH values ​​are 6.8 – 7.2.
10:00 AM : First filtration using 3 layers of cotton cloth.
12:00 PM : The cooking process begins with selected firewood.
4:00 PM : Cooling and crystallization in a clean room (controlled room temperature).
6:00 PM : Particle size screening, packaging with food-grade liners.
8:00 PM : Metal detector inspection before sealing.

our facilities

We have product processing facilities by hand and without machine intervention. But that does not mean our products are not hygienic. We have natural value in it. From the process of picking up products to packaging we comply with international standards.

Super Premium Raw Materials

We only use sap from superior coconut trees that are at least 25 years old. Why? The older the tree, the sweeter and thicker the sap. We reject sap that has been fermented for more than 4 hours, as this will affect the distinctive caramel aroma and flavor.

Quality Control (QC) Stage

Each product batch goes through three quality screening phases:

Farm QC: Checking the pH of the sap on site before transport.

Production QC: Monitoring water content and color during cooking.

Laboratory QC: Microbiological and heavy metal testing before shipping.

We don’t use added sugar or bleach. Our coconut sugar is 100% pure coconut sap.

Color: Light golden brown (not pitch black).
