Argalingga implements a sap purchase price based on sugar content and cleanliness tests, plus harvest bonuses. Farmers earn 20–30% above the local market price.
A portion of company profits is allocated to farmer revolving funds, scholarships for farmers' children, and basic health insurance for partner farmer group members.

Organic Certification (in progress)
Argalingga's partner plantations already meet national organic farming standards (POPT) and are working towards EU Organic certification.
